Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, based in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized travel consulting services, organizing and managing travel plans, arranging bookings, and handling travel-related inquiries. Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and ensuring efficiency in travel logistics will be pivotal to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored travel itineraries
• Experience in Domestic Destinations such as Kerala ,Himachal,Kashmir etc
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
• Knowledge of eco-tourism practices and sustainable travel is a plus
• Familiarity with travel software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Salary 2.4-3.6 L.P.A plus incentive depending upon experience
