Job Summary

Juzgo Holiday Worlde LLP is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Travel Consultant to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages, itinerary preparation, customer handling, and sales closing.

The candidate must be able to convert leads into bookings and provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
• Prepare customized domestic and international tour itineraries
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through regular follow-up
• Handle holiday package sales and achieve monthly targets
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and travel partners
• Provide details on flights, hotels, visa requirements, and travel documents
• Manage end-to-end booking process from quotation to confirmation
• Maintain customer database and update booking details
• Provide support before, during, and after travel

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 10years of experience in travel consultancy / holiday package sales
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages
• Experience in itinerary preparation and package costing
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales closing and follow-up ability
• Knowledge of flight booking, hotel booking, visa process, and travel documentation
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates from Travel Agency / Tour Operator / Holiday Sales background
