Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, based in Noida. The Senior Travel Consultant will manage and coordinate travel services, provide travel consultancy to clients, and arrange detailed travel plans including reservations and itineraries. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring all travel-related needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The consultant will also maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry software is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
