Job Description

Saviynt is a leading provider of Cloud Security and Identity Governance solutions. Saviynt enables

enterprises to secure applications, data and infrastructure in a single platform for Cloud (Office 365,

AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Workday) and Enterprise (SAP, Oracle EBS). Saviynt is pioneering Identity

Governance Administration by integrating advance risk analytics and intelligence with fine-grained

privilege management

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Set up in-person and virtual classroom training for employees, partners and worldwide customers located in the US region
  • Manage Litmos LMS platform to create classroom sessions and to upload on-demand video content for various self-paced courses
  • Register participants to various training courses
  • Maintain and publish classroom training calendar
  • Share the training materials and lab details with the registered participants
  • Use LMS reporting feature to create monthly training consumption and CSAT reports
  • Work with Saviynt's internal Customer Success Managers, Business Development Managers and
  • Sales Leaders to ensure all registrations are successfully completed before the cut-off dates
  • Respond to training and registration related queries for participants located in the US region

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 23-yearexperienceof workingwith an enterprise grade Learning Management System
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in facilitating vILT and webinars
  • Strong reporting experience is desired
