- Proven track record of managing end to end ownership in rice trading cycles, from procurement to final sales execution.
- Strong capabilities in designing and executing market strategy for rice trading, driving growth and market share expansion.
- P&L ownership for the rice commodity, with the ability to analyze financial performance and implement margin-improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional vendor coordination skills for partnering with growers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal cross-functional teams.

- Own end-to-end business processes for Basmati Rice, ensuring highest standards in quality, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
