About the Role
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual Testing, SQL, and moderate exposure to Selenium Automation and ETL Testing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data, perform backend testing, and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts for regression and sanity test suites.
- Conduct ETL testing to validate data transformations, data loading, and data consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand requirements and clarify test cases.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports using relevant tools.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Solid proficiency in SQL for data validation and testing.
- Moderate-level experience using Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
- Moderate hands-on exposure to ETL Testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodology.
