Senior TEST tool Administrator (LRE+ALM+TOSCA)

• Responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining testing tools such as Micro Focus ALM, Tricentis TOSCA, and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
• Ensure smooth integration of tools within the organization's testing ecosystem, supporting test teams and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor tool performance, system health, and compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain ALM, TOSCA, and LRE environments.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions across all tools.
• Perform upgrades, apply patches, and troubleshoot tool-related issues.
• Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and other enterprise systems.
• Support test teams with best practices, tool usage, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system health, storage utilization, and performance metrics.
• Maintain documentation for tool configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data protection standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for technical support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience & Technical Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in test tool administration.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Micro Focus ALM (installation, configuration, workflow customization)
• Tricentis TOSCA (workspace setup, license management)
• LoadRunner Enterprise (controller setup, performance testing environment)
• Knowledge of SQL databases, Windows/Linux server administration, and network configurations.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and performance testing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
