Job Description
Role: Firmware Tester (4 to 5 Years)
We are looking for a Firmware Tester with strong experience in validating and automating embedded firmware.
Responsible for designing and executing test cases, building Python-based automation using PyTest, and ensuring firmware quality across releases.
Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Embedded Test Automation using Python Pyest
Communication with STM controllers via UART for Embedded Firmware validation
Develop and execute test plans for embedded firmware and maintain test automation frameworks in Python
Analyse logs and failures, work closely with firmware and hardware teams, and ensure test coverage and release readiness.
Should be able to work independently and work along with the Embedded Development team
Must Have Skills:
Python, PyTest or similar frameworks, Embedded Firmware Testing, Test Automation, OOPS concepts, debugging and validation of device firmware.
Good to Have:
MATLAB understanding
