Senior Test Engineer
As a QA AI Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web applications built on Java and Angular/React.
- Build and extend automation frameworks in Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Rest Assured
- Create and execute performance testing (PST) in LoadRunner and analyse the results to uncover bottlenecks using Dynatrace, Splunk etc.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Conduct UAT with country/regional users to address queries and receive sign offs.
- Be flexible and collaborative with developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Communicating in a clear, concise, and timely manner. Collaborate effectively with all team members, embodying the spirit of a team player.
- Cultivating a growth mindset, ready to learn and adapt in alignment with the organization's direction.
This role is also expected to have relevant AI skills as explained below.
- Uses Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or TestSigma AI to generate test cases, test data, and automation scripts based on Agile documentation
- Ability to work with AI tools for synthetic test data generation and data augmentation.
- Familiar with AI-assisted defect analysis relevant tools.
- Experience using AI-driven element locator frameworks (e.g., Selenium with AI locators, Appium + AI-based object recognition) to stabilize UI tests.

QA AI Engineer to join our team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our customerfacing portal. The ideal candidate will have strong automation and performance testing expertise, experience with modern web technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience. Very good knowledge about Selenium automation, Core Java, JDBC, SQL, LoadRunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, Cucumber (BDD), Maven, Jenkins, Git are expected and will be required in succeeding this role.
You are able to work independently and effectively prioritize and organize your tasks, even under tight deadlines and high workload pressure. Since this role operates in a multinational environment, you will frequently collaborate with crossregional teams across the globe. Therefore, strong proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
