Expertise to provide testing and test coordination know-how, coordinate the planning of system and acceptance tests within a development or integration project/program, Take responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities whilst coordinating their execution, Provide influential advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution, Define and communicate the test strategy for the project, Coordinate all phases of testing including plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and auditability, Assess suppliers development and testing capabilities, Select project testing standards for all phases by influencing all parties to conform to those standards, Manage client relationships with respect to all testing related matters and Identify process improvements, contribute to corporate testing standards and definition of best practices.

Test Planning & Design

• Understand business processes and functional flows.
• Create test plans, and test scenarios.
• Design functional, regression and integration

• Ensure test coverage aligns with user stories and acceptance criteria.

Test Execution

• Execute manual test cases across Aviation application
• Identify, log, and prioritise defects.
• Retest fixes and confirm resolution.

Defect Management

• Log defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Collaborate with Developers and Functional Consultants.
• Track defect lifecycle through to closure.
• Validate hotfixes and patches.

UAT/TAT Support

• Support business/Tehchnical users during UAT/TAT.
• Coordinate UAT/TAT execution and defect triage.
• Support UAT/TAT sign-off and go-live readiness.

Regression & Release Readiness

• Maintain and execute regression test packs.
• Validate solution changes across releases.
• Participate in go-live readiness reviews.

Test Automation Strategy

• Define and maintain the test automation plan.
• Identify automation candidates (regression, smoke, critical paths).
• Decide on appropriate tools and frameworks (UI, API, integration tests).

Automated Test Development

• Build and maintain UI automation
• Develop reusable test utilities and frameworks.
• Maintain test data and environment readiness.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:

As a Senior Test Engineer, Must have 5-10 years of experience including 3 years of testing or test coordination with emphasis on problem solving skills, Strong in test planning, testing and test coordination, Strong in test automation/automated test deployment, Strong testing support during SIT/UAT/Regression and Release readiness, Strong sense of responsibility, Strong in customer focus (service, relationship and quality). Being advanced in spoken and wri tten English will be certainly useful.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore will be an added advantage with adherence to testing standards, Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices, Provide test metrics and quality insights, Support audit and compliance requirements, Work closely with Testers, Developers, and DevOps Engineers. Contribute to automation standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement of automation coverage and stability, Able to continuously upskill on AI and Copilot features like ability to design automation test scripts and ability to maintain self healing automation test scripts using AI, Certification in ISTQB Foundation Level and/or ISTQB Agile / Test Automation Engineer.
