Mission:
We are currently looking a Senior Test Analyst to join our Service team and participate on exciting projects across the Payment domain
ACTIVITIES:
- Demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge to conduct test sessions in accordance with the related Quality Assurance Plan.
- Analyzing EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback.
- Producing comprehensive test reports and continually striving to minimize issues identified during reviews.
- Understanding the purpose of tests with respect to customer needs and specificities within the testing scope.
- Developing technical documentation and actively contributing to the internal knowledge base.
- Offering technical consulting and debugging services to customers, both remotely and on customer premises when necessary.
- Providing technical support internally to colleagues.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality service at all times and adhering to the quality process.
- Expanding your skillset and maintaining acquired skills while actively suggesting improvements.
- Collecting and disseminating customer feedback to enhance our services.
- Being the technical point of contact for customers and participating in internal training sessions.
- Actively participating in sharing technical knowledge with colleagues.
- Qualification of test tools and coordinating with vendors.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing and authorizing test reports.
- Preparing and delivering internal technical training sessions.
- Providing extensive technical support and analysis to internal teams, customers, and authorities.
- Engaging actively in the implementation of new services and projects for service improvement.
- Participating in audit preparations and actual audits.
- Engaging in technical discussions with authorities such as MasterCard, Discover, RuPay, and others.
- Autonomy on tasks planning.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the payment industry.
- Experience working in Payment / EMV domain.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Solid knowledge on EMV APDU commands and response format
- Experience in coordinating with Payment schemes
- Familiarity with Quality System and procedures
- Understanding of ISO 17025, 8583, 7816 standards.
