Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our eco-friendly products and services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in MS-Excel and update customer databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns.
- Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
