Senior Telecaller

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling and sales, with the ability to engage customers and drive results. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
