Job Description
Looking for a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and exposure to other Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills in MS SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft technologies for UI and integration development.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules as needed.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.
- Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.
- Work with tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.
- Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
- Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).
- Strong SQL Server skills queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.
- Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
