Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to implement solutions.
- Document all maintenance and repair work accurately and timely.
- Train junior technicians and oversee their work as required.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment needed for repairs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in industrial settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CAD software and technical documentation.
