7+ years of experience in Technical Writing

Exceptional writing skills and strong grounding in technical communication principles

Solid understanding of Generative AI, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ethical AI usage

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn networking technologies

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience with CMS, content governance, and source management

Familiarity with structured authoring tools and standards (DITA, XML)
