Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality technical content, blogs, documentation, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and marketing assets related to cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create technical blogs, articles, guides, and whitepapers on cloud technologies.
• Develop content around AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML, cloud security and Salesforce.
• Write product documentation, knowledge base articles, technical manuals, FAQs, and release notes.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Product teams to produce accurate technical content.
• Convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
• Create case studies, customer success stories, and solution briefs.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing.
• Research emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, branding, and technical accuracy across all content.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for technical content.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, or Git-based documentation platforms is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
