Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Writer. The Senior Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, such as manuals and user guides. Day-to-day tasks include writing and editing technical content, collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information, and ensuring that documentation meets quality and consistency standards. The role also involves continuously improving documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Technical Communication, Technical Documentation, and Technical Writing skills.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical manuals and user guides.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with technical writing tools and software such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in US shift timings.
- Knowledge and experience in analytical tools like PowerBI, advanced Excel and SQL.
- Minimum experience of 5 years into technical writing.
