This Position reports to:
DOCUMENTATION MANAGERYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory):
Senior technical writers will be responsible for technical proficiency, planning, collaboration, data collection, document development, review, and approval process. Also contribute towards meeting the quality, cost and time expectations of business and customers.
The work model for the role is #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to Process Automation business for based in Bangalore, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
Bachelor of Engineering - BE (Preferred)
More than 8 years of experience in product documentation development.
Strong competence in technical English.
Strong knowledge in DITA concepts and information structuring techniques.
Solid experience in Skribenta or similar Component Content Management Systems.
Deliver high quality content according to plan.
Strong technical skills and applied knowledge in MS office applications.
Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively..
