We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of Industrial Automation and Digitalization projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and leading a team to deliver quality solutions.
Required Criteria:
1. B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
2. At least 4 years of relevant experience in industrial automation projects
3.Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role
4. Strong understanding of automation systems and instrumentation
5. Solid understanding of industry 4.0/ digitalization projects
