Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions in the support system.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and IT, to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, networking, and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
