Understand and become highly proficient in IP Based fixed access networks, Layer2 and Layer 3 protocols
Perform architecture and design analysis for customer requirement
Understand real-world Customer deployments and incorporate feedback into developed features.
Work closely within and across team/DU and Product Management to jointly deliver high quality products and solutions.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Contribute to product architecture by quickly prototyping and validating design approaches to align with evolving product requirements.
Design and develop solutions using advanced technologies such as Java/J2EE, Microservices, Kubernetes, and SDN.
Collaborate closely with various teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and refine the development process.
Contribute to test design, test bed setup, execution, and reporting, ensuring product quality through various software testing methodologies.
Gain hands-on experience working in a cloud-based, CI/CD, and DevOps environment, optimizing the development lifecycle.
Leverage experience with broadband solutions (DSL/PON) and networking protocols like SNMP and Netconf to build efficient and scalable systems.

Key Skills And Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field with 9 to 15 years of relevant experience in SW development.
Proficient in C, C++ with Datacom/ Networking, Java with networking, NMS/EMS (for SW)
Proficient in clean coding, debugging and problem solving
Familiar with OO design is preferred.
Familiar with multi-core, multi-process, multi-thread programming.
Familiar with network protocol, L2/L3 packet forwarding is preferred.
