Senior Technical Specialist

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Teams, Teams Voice, and SharePoint Online administration.
• Strong experience (5–6 years) with Zoom UC technologies, including BYOC/BYOP, SIP/H.323 protocols, and API/SDK integrations.
• Working knowledge of Slack and Cisco Webex Meetings.
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools; familiarity with .NET (C#), JS/React, Azure Services, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Collaboration network protocols and infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Security).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS for Zoom MMR, Meeting Zones).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Unified Communications (preferred).
• Proven track record in managing enterprise collaboration solutions.
