About The Job:

• Your primary responsibilities will involve understanding the enhancement & support requests from the Trust Ops users, supporting and maintaining customers of our solutions, ensuring timely resolution of their issues.
• Understand internal customer requests and work with them directly to address them in a stipulated time
• Support and maintain existing internal tools to debug any issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams.
• Work on a backlog of requests from internal customers and make incremental changes to the existing tools to address their requirements.
• Own and resolve technical issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution within a designated timeframe. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical solutions & support role, with relevant full-stack tooling and scripting experience.

Qualifications:

• Full-stack skills in Java/Python, React, JS, Rest API
• Experience managing internal users/stakeholders
• Familiarity with debugging and fixing issues with backend services (via REST), DBs, etc.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address incremental enhancements to the existing internal tools
• Proficient in written and verbal communication. Collaborates with customers and internal team members effectively.
