Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, .NET

(Fully Remote)- Hyderabad

Shift Requirement:

Shift Option1 :- 10 PM IST to 6 AM IST (Monday to Friday) or Shift Option 2 :-2AM IST to 10 AM IST (Tuesday to Saturday )

Our Technology Business Team is looking for a lead/senior Workday Reporting Developer who is certified and able to design reports for Workday Financials with solid experience. This position would be needed in India, specifically in Hyderabad, with PST availability/crossover until about noon.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Solutions Engineer / Developer to join our team, focusing on FX, trading, and reporting initiatives. This role will act as a pivotal link between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring robust and scalable solutions across .NET, SQL, and Power BI components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in trading or investment management systems, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with FX, trading, operations, and technology teams to translate business requirements into effective technical designs and system solutions.

- Conduct impact analysis and document solutions across data flows, applications, and integrations, including OMS, FX platforms, and reporting tools.

- Lead and support .NET development initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models as part of the firm's comprehensive reporting architecture.

- Review and guide the work of other developers, providing direction on design patterns, code quality, and implementation strategies.

- Act as a technical liaison in discussions around solution architecture, data design, FX/trading workflows, and reporting enhancements.

- Provide senior-level support for production environments, including troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating fixes across systems.

Experience Required:

- 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems analysis, or technical solution design.

- Strong expertise in .NET, T-SQL, and data integration patterns (APIs, file-based, messaging, etc.).

- Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and cross-system impact assessment.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.

- Experience in financial services, trading, or investment management systems is strongly preferred.

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, drive consensus, and mentor other engineers.
