Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Senior Technical Sales Specialist role based in New Delhi, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing technical sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs. The role includes delivering technical demonstrations, providing product support, and collaborating with clients to address their requirements while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales, with an ability to create effective sales strategies and drive customer success.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Experience in Technical Support and the ability to address customer inquiries with sound technical knowledge.
  • Sales expertise and the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twins, AR/VR/XR, IoT, or related emerging technologies is highly desirable.
