Responsibilities
- Manage inquiry pipeline, forecast, and generate new opportunities for profitable and organic growth.
- Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective clients and evaluating their market position.
- Creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Understanding the product range and wisely raising awareness among customers about available solutions within the product basket.
- Generating new accounts & thereby generating new customers, new opportunities & new business.
- Arranging online meetings of OEM with customers for deep technical discussion.
- Discussing customer application requirements & proposing the most suitable, unique & advanced solutions.
- Led assigned cases & acquired orders without compromising minimum technical requirements.
- Tracking the complete process of post-order activities on time deliveries, financial documentation, payment, etc.
- Updating weekly visit plans & past week status to the reporting authority
- Preparing monthly reports of running cases Funnels, Order projection, etc.
- Flexibility in visiting across Gujarat, until it is required to visit outside of Gujarat.
- Operating CRM platforms Creating Accounts, Contacts, leads & Deals. Generating reports for performance analysis & activity tracking, etc.
- Proficiently answer phone calls in English, Hindi & Gujarati and provide requested information with your high level of written & verbal communication skills.
- Must work as part of a team & ensure adherence to the laws and policies of the company.
