Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, providing technical support to clients, and presenting tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, offering appropriate solutions, and providing post-sales support. The role involves close collaboration with the sales, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand complex energy management products and solutions
  • Proficiency in Technical Support, including diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions for clients
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in technical fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly
  • Prior experience in energy management or IoT-related industries is a strong advantage
