Position Summary:

Centraprise is actively hiring Senior Technical Recruiters with a strong background in US Staffing (W2/Full-Time hiring). We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our continued growth.

What We're Looking For:

24 years of proven experience in technical recruitment with a strong focus on W2 and full-time roles.

Excellent communication skills spoken and written.

Ability to manage multiple job requisitions with tight deadlines.

Solid understanding of tax terms W2, 1099, C2C.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and a go-getter attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Prior experience working with IT staffing firms or consulting companies.

Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
