Role Overview

A Senior US IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for US clientsdirect clients, MSP accounts, IT + Non-IT (BFSI mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Full US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening scheduling closing).
• Work on IT and Non-IT BFSI requirements.
• Hands-on sourcing using Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines and maintain client/candidate relationships.

Requirements

• 46 years of US Staffing experience (Direct Client + MSP must).
• Mandatory experience in Non-IT/BFSI hiring.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable working night shift (US hours).
• Immediate or quick joiners preferred.
