Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter Team Lead & Client Manager with strong expertise in GCC hiring and startup recruitment.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end hiring, manage key client relationships, guide recruitment teams, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for GCC, product, and startup clients.
- Lead technical hiring for mid, senior, and leadership roles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, requirements, and project delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, ensuring consistent service quality.
- Head interviews, drive candidate pipelines, and manage offer negotiations.
- Lead and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Stay updated on market insights, GCC hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Must be from a reputed recruitment firm.
- Proven experience hiring for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is a must.
- Strong background in startup and leadership hiring.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and client accounts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and strategic mindset.
