About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing. The ideal candidate is proactive, understands the urgency of client needs, and is hands-on with JobDiva. Strong command over W2 hiring is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, and closing
- Work extensively on JobDiva ATS for candidate management and job submissions
- Identify top IT talent through job portals, databases, social networks, and referrals
- Strong understanding of US employment types (W2 Mandatory, 1099, C2C, Corp-to-Corp)
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for long-term engagement
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations and SLA targets
- Work closely with the Account Management team to convert priority requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Mandatory expertise with JobDiva ATS
- Excellent understanding of W2 hiring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
- Proven track record of closures in a fast-paced environment
