Role: If you've outgrown req filling and want a seat at the strategy table, this will feel like an upgrade. This is not a backfill. This is a 0-to-1 role that will shape how we hire and build for the next three years. You won't just close roles here; you'll design how hiring happens for a fast-scaling product company.
About the company: We are a fast-growing, venture-backed tech startup in Bengaluru, building high-impact products and scaling our core team for the next phase of growth. We are seeking a Senior Talent Advisor/Lead Technical Recruiter (812 years) who can operate as a strategic individual contributor and trusted partner to founders and CXOs.
What You'll Own
Lead full-cycle hiring for mid, senior, and leadership roles across engineering, product, data, design, GTM, and ops.
Work directly with founders and business leaders to translate organisational plans into clear hiring roadmaps and effective search strategies.
Build and run multi-channel cost-effective sourcing engines utilising LinkedIn, communities, referrals, events, and creative outbound strategies.
Run high-touch, consultative processes with senior talent: talent mapping, deep screening, expectation setting, and offer negotiation.
Utilise data and market intelligence (comparative benchmarks, talent density, and competition) to inform hiring decisions.
Elevate candidate experience and tighten hiring funnels, from first touch to onboarding.
What You Bring
812 years of full-stack recruiting experience, with strong exposure to high-growth / startup or product-first environments.
A strong track record of closing technical roles (backend, frontend, DevOps, data, architects, EMs) and business roles (product, growth, sales, strategy).
Proven success as a senior individual contributor recruitercomfortable owning searches end-to-end without a large team.
You think like a talent strategist: you read org design, understand business models, and advise on who to hire and when.
You communicate with clarity, tell a compelling story, and know how to convert passive talent into enthusiastic candidates.
