About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven, curious-as-hell Technical Recruiter to help us build elite engineering and product teams for India's most exciting startups.

This isn't your run-of-the-mill recruiting job. This is matchmaking at its highest level - high-stakes, high-speed, and high-impact. You'll be a talent detective, a storyteller, a strategist, and sometimes even a therapist (founders are people too). You'll dive deep into ecosystems, learn what makes teams tick, and make connections that change the course of companies - and careers.

You'll work directly with startup founders, hiring managers, and senior talent across industries, geeking out on product roadmaps, compensation design, and culture fit. Some days you'll be pitching a rocketship to a world-class backend engineer. Other days, you'll be drawing org charts from scratch for a stealth-stage startup. Every day, you'll be moving the needle in a space that doesn't wait for anyone.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own full-cycle hiring for high-growth startups - from first briefing to final close.
  • Partner with founders and senior leaders to deeply understand their hiring DNA.
  • Source top-tier talent using every tool in your kit - LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, referrals, the works.
  • Craft compelling outreach that doesn't sound like a recruiter wrote it.
  • Run sharp, efficient interview processes that close fast and close well.
  • Create hiring playbooks and repeatable processes that scale.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the market - share intel on comp trends, talent movement, and what candidates really want.
  • Think like an advisor, not an agent - every role you close should feel like the start of something, not the end.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 3-6 years of experience in tech recruiting - agency or in-house - and still love it.
  • Speak fluent engineering - you don't need to write code, but you know your backend from your front-end and can talk about it without blinking.
  • Have a knack for reading people, asking the right questions, and building real relationships.
  • Are relentless when it comes to sourcing - you don't wait for great profiles, you hunt them.
  • Can manage multiple searches without dropping the ball - you're calm in chaos and sharp under pressure.
  • Write well, pitch smart, and know how to make people feel like you've got their back.
  • Are genuinely curious about startups, founders, products, and what makes people tick.
  • Want to grow - fast - and eventually lead a practice or a vertical.
