Key Responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and create job specifications.
- Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking for talent acquisition.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person), and provide candidate shortlists.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and ensure smooth joining process.
- Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Support HR and recruitment team in building strong talent pipelines.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong domestic IT recruitment experience (36 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills.
- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill requirements.
