Key Responsibilities
. Manage the complete technology recruitment process for high-profile clients across India.
. Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver on hiring targets.
. Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools.
. Handle C2H hiring as per client needs, ensuring speed and quality in delivery.
. Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
. Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders in remote, onsite, or hybrid setups depending on the project.
. Maintain a best-in-class candidate and client experience throughout the process.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
. 6-10 years of technology recruitment experience, ideally with India exposure.
. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively.
. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
. Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
