Job Description: Sr. Technical Recruiter
Location: Vadodara (On-site)
Work Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter with 25 years of hands-on recruitment experience to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics using ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a good fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or corporate)
- Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Immediate joining is preferred
