About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in IT recruitment and client management, preferably from a recruitment consulting, staffing, or RPO back

ground.The ideal candidate should have experience managing hiring requirements for large enterprise / Tier-1 clients across India and be comfortable working directly with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple client requirements.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand and deliver on hiring needs.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and niche technology roles.
• Ensure agreed TAT/SLA and hiring targets are consistently met.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in recruitment consulting, staffing, RPO, or talent solutions.
• Proven experience handling enterprise / Tier-1 clients.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the Indian IT talent market and technology hiring.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Working with Fortune 500, BFSI, FinTech, Technology, Product, or Consulting clients and handling both high-volume and niche IT hiring.
