Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business professional roles within apparel, retail, and merchandising functions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand skill requirements, team dynamics, and business expectations.
- Source high-quality talent using job boards, networking, mapping, and passive search techniques.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with relevant industry experience.
Skills & Requirements
- 25 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Apparel, Retail, Fashion, or Merchandising hiring.
- Strong understanding of business professional roles in the fashion and apparel ecosystem.
- Someone who has worked on Brand, designing and merchandising roles.
- Must have strong stability and consistent experience in previous roles.
- Comfortable working onsite in Noida during PST shift.
