Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and hiring top IT talent, and driving hiring strategies to meet the growing needs of our organization or clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, stakeholder management, hiring best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is also expected to mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal, and other portals

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles from sourcing to onboarding

• Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines

• Conduct initial screening calls and assess technical and cultural fit

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Ceipal ATS

Key Skills & Competencies

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and Ceipal

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and detail-focused approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Proven ability to source and close IT positions

• Location: Jaipur (Onsite role)

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
