About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to drive hiring for engineering and leadership roles across the organization.
This role requires a combination of strong sourcing capability, sound technical understanding, and good judgment of talent. You will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure we hire individuals who contribute meaningfully to our teams.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring
- Own the recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure
- Manage hiring for both individual contributor and leadership roles
Engineering & Leadership Hiring
- Hire across:
- Backend, Frontend, and Full Stack Engineering
- DevOps, Cloud, and Data Engineering
- Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and Architects
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using:
- LinkedIn and Boolean search
- Referrals and professional networks
- Engage both active and passive candidates
Candidate Assessment
- Screen candidates for:
- Technical understanding
- Problem-solving ability
- Role fit and long-term potential
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers
- Align on role expectations and candidate quality
- Provide market insights where relevant
Offer Management
- Drive offer discussions and support closures
- Ensure a smooth candidate journey through to joining
What We're Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment
- Experience hiring for engineering roles and senior/lead positions
- Good understanding of modern tech stacks:
- Java, Python, Microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, passive hiring, networking)
- Ability to assess candidate quality beyond resumes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to close candidates in competitive markets
