Opportunity for IT Recruiter
Experience: 3+yrs Relevant
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for SAP requirements across APAC/offshore regions
- Recruit for SAP modules including (but not limited to): SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, ABAP, BW/BI, Basis, EWM, Ariba, SuccessFactors
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and skill expectations
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor partners, and internal databases
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer rollouts
