About the Role
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience who can independently drive end-to-end hiring and manage stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and requirement understanding
- Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process
- Manage offer rollout and candidate engagement
- Track and maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and hiring metrics
- Ensure strong candidate experience and communication
- Take complete ownership of positions and deliver within defined TAT
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Required Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and sourcing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good exposure to stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with job portals and hiring tools
- Strong in reporting and recruitment analytics
