Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct technical screenings to assess candidates skills and experience for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and offer terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skillsets in the IT industry.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company s culture and values to potential candidates.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, with expertise in hiring for roles such as software developers, data engineers, DevOps, and cloud professionals.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruiting for startups or technology-driven companies is a plus.
- Certification in recruitment tools or methodologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
