We are looking for a Senior IT Technical Recruiter who excels in sourcing, screening, and closing top IT talent across various technologies, especially within the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contract & Full-time)
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Work on high-volume and niche technical requirements
- Experience handling requirements for JPMC (JPMorgan Chase) or similar clients is highly preferred
- Screen candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and client expectations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely delivery
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Recruiter
- Strong expertise in sourcing methodologies and tools
- Prior experience working on JPMC (JPMorgan Chase) requirements is a must
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
