Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter who will own technical hiring end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer closure.
The role requires:
- Strong sourcing ability

This is a target-driven role where execution speed and ownership matter.
Key Responsibilities
1)Technical Candidate Sourcing
- Source technical candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, ResDex, referrals, and internal databases.
- Submit 5+ high-quality technical profiles daily for open roles.
- Use advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search and targeted talent mapping
2) Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct structured telephonic interviews using company-provided frameworks.
- Evaluate candidates on technical fundamentals, experience relevance, and role fit.
- Use AI tools (GPT-based systems) to enhance resume quality and candidate summaries.
3) High-Volume Candidate Engagement
- Conduct 50+ outbound calls daily for screening, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to reduce drop-offs and improve response rates.
- Ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the hiring process.
4) Interview Coordination & Process Management
- Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Ensure high candidate attendance through proactive follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate updates in internal hiring trackers and systems.
5) Candidate Offer Management & Closure
- Handle candidate negotiations confidently.
- Use strong convincing and interpersonal skills to reduce offer dropouts.
- Re-engage candidates considering alternative offers and guide them toward closure.
6) Ownership of Hiring Targets
- Take full ownership of assigned roles and hiring timelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet quality and speed expectations.
- Maintain discipline in daily sourcing, screening, and submission targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT hiring).
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, and ResDex.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable handling high-volume candidate conversations.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- High ownership mindset and accountability.
- Comfortable using AI tools (GPT) in daily workflows.
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and performance-driven.
System & Connectivity Requirements
- Personal laptop required (company will not provide hardware).
- Minimum 20 Mbps stable internet connection.
- Quiet, professional, distraction-free work environment.
