Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Researcher / Sourcing Specialist with a strong understanding of roles across experience levels and technologies. The role demands deep expertise in Boolean search strings, advanced search methodologies, and the ability to consistently identify high-quality, relevant resumes from multiple job portals. An engineering background is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality, relevant candidate profiles using job portals, advanced Boolean searches, and alternate sourcing methodologies
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of resumes for recruiters to initiate outreach and assessments
- Apply deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and seniority levels to ensure accurate shortlisting
- Track and follow up on the status of shared resumes with recruiters to ensure timely progress
- Maintain and manage MIS and tracking dashboards to monitor sourcing effectiveness and hiring progress
- Continuously refine search strategies to improve quality, relevance, and turnaround time
Desired Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment with Executive Search or Staffing Firms
- Excellent hands-on expertise in Boolean searches, X-ray searches, keyword mapping, and alternative sourcing techniques
- Strong exposure to hiring across one or more of the following domains:
- Technology / IT
- Semiconductor
- Telecom
- Big4s / Management Consulting / IT Advisory
- Exposure to IT leadership or senior-level hiring will be a strong advantage
- Ability to understand complex job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and data tracking skills
- Engineering graduates preferred
