Aptean is looking for a passionate Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll be instrumental in finding exceptional candidates and helping them envision a rewarding career at Aptean.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Leadership and Engineering Managers to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs.
- Design end-to-end recruiting strategies for assigned roles and find creative ways to source top talent, with a special focus on social media hiring like LinkedIn and other platforms to tap into passive candidates.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process.
- Collaborate with peers to continuously improve candidate experience across the hiring journey.
- Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), generate reports, and leverage this data to drive recruiting strategy.
- Keep hiring managers consistently updated on recruiting and hiring performance.
- Lead interview teams through debrief sessions and support in making informed hiring decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates, particularly through social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting strategies.
- Experience with ATS management and data-driven recruiting.
- Exceptional ability to build strong relationships through trust with business partners and influence at all levels.
- Agile mindset, thriving in ambiguity and capable of carving your own path.
- Driven to find mechanisms and build programs that attract great talent at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
