Role Overview

We are looking for Technical Recruiters (Junior, Mid, and Senior Levels) and Client Managers / Team Leads to join our growing recruitment team.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and team or project leadership (depending on experience level).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from understanding client requirements to onboarding candidates.
  • Source quality candidates through headhunting, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Handle IT, product, and startup hiring assignments from junior to leadership levels.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously with strong attention to timelines.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring quality delivery and satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide team members (for senior/lead roles).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring delivery.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in IT / Technical / Startup recruitment (JuniorMid Level)
  • 8+ years of experience in Client Management / Team Leadership (Senior / Manager Level)
  • Strong understanding of start-up hiring, product hiring, and niche tech roles.
  • Must be from a reputed recruitment firm.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
