Job Role: Senior Technical Project Manager AI & Digital Solutions
Location: Noida, India (PST Time Zone Alignment)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong exposure to AI, data, and cloud delivery environments. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end project execution and work closely with senior leadership, solution architects, engineering teams, and enterprise clients.
You will lead the delivery of complex, technology-driven programs spanning AI solutions, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on delivery leader who can translate technical vision into executable plans, manage stakeholders effectively, and ensure high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation projects across multiple client engagements
- Own project planning, execution strategy, delivery timelines, milestones, and resource coordination
- Work closely with solution architects and engineering leads to translate technical designs into actionable delivery plans
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges proactively and ensure timely escalation when required
- Drive structured communication with senior client stakeholders, including status reporting, executive updates, and decision tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, architects, and designers
- Lead Agile and hybrid delivery models including sprint planning, backlog management, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure delivery quality, technical alignment, documentation accuracy, and adherence to agreed client outcomes
- Support proposal and pre-delivery planning activities where required (solution alignment, delivery estimation, and planning inputs)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices within TechioSoft
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Digital Delivery, or Engineering Program Management
- Proven experience delivering AI, data, or cloud-based projects in real-world environments
- Strong understanding of modern delivery practices including Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native project execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work across global teams and manage projects aligned to PST time zones
- PMP certification (preferred) or strong experience working in structured project governance environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in consulting, product engineering, or technology services organizations
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in fast-changing environments
- Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation or multi-phase digital initiatives
